I've been going through some old backed up CD's from a while back and stumbled across this. Now i can't take any credit as i got it from this site here, but since that appears to have not been updated in a while i thought i'd put this back out there. Think this dates from around 2002 and is mostly his Bewilderness material. I've also bunged on there some random clips from random shows that i've picked up over time.

First off Happy New Year to all you random people who don't drop by hehe. I welcomed in 2009 by listening to Portisheads last album '3'. I went back to work after a block of 3 weeks off (last time i do that). There's nothing like having that much time on your hands to make you realise how empty you life is.

Aaaaanyway, one of the things that has cheered me up is the Miscreant Productions blog, he has posted all the samples used across every Beastie Boys release. And it is immense. About a gigabyte of tracks. The Beastie Boys (along with DJ Shadow) were one of the bands that have defined my music taste since i was a 14 year old Metallica fan, and to find where they got their inspiration and where it even crosses over with DJ Shadow brings a smile to my face. I haven't even scratched the surface yet, but i'm going to set aside some time for that. It's obvious it was a labour of love and well worth getting your hands on these goodies. So head on over there and get downloading (and don't forget to say thanks).
